How It Works
The scanner runs an OpenSSL TLS handshake against the target endpoint and analyzes five cryptographic components:
- Key Exchange (40%) — classical vs hybrid PQC
- Server Certificate (25%) — RSA/ECDSA vs ML-DSA
- TLS Version (15%) — 1.3 required for PQC
- Symmetric Cipher (10%) — AES-256-GCM preferred
- Hash Algorithm (10%) — SHA-256 or stronger
Each endpoint receives a score: 80+ Quantum-Ready 50-79 Partially Ready <50 At Risk
